In the transition time between spring and summer, 
the chief architects of META-ARTISAN accompany 
with project leaders to attend the signing ceremony 
of the project framework agreement in Erfurt of 
Thuringia (German). This project, Xi’an Chanba 
Germany Center (the window of Thuringia),is a 
significant component of the development strategy 
between Shaanxi province and Thuringia sister 
state, and will be developed into a crucial dynamic 
point of Xi’an Chanba ecological district.
